Putting the client back in the driving seat and answering to the relational rather than the transactional needs of High-Jewellery clients, Napkin director Fabrice Paget, working as Fabergé’s Chief Marketing Officer at the time,  lead the team that created the website’s innovative concept and invented the original product presentation and the critical one-to-one customer interface that, unique to the industry, deliver an intimate relationship critical to High-Jewellery sales.

Note that neither Napkin London Ltd nor Fabrice Paget have been involved in the current version of faberge.com.
